Returns and refunds

All sales are final due to the custom nature of the work and jewellery. We only accept returns for items damaged in transit. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund the purchase once the item is sent back to us. Customer will cover return shipping costs.
